We contacted Perfect Exteriors after rain leaked into the house from a bedroom balcony. Two members of their team, Chris and Billy, came over the next day, assessed and diagnosed the problem, and constructed a temporary fix. Another colleague, Craig, gave a timely and thorough estimate of the cost for repairs.We had been working with another company for roof repairs due to storm damage, and to diagnose the balcony leak. They were not very helpful, so we decided to contact Perfect Exteriors. Tyler came over and inspected the whole project including replacing the entire roof. He helped us work with our insurance company to get a good share of the monies to replace the roof and repair the balcony leak.The entire team was friendly, professional, personable, efficient, knowledgeable, timely, and easy to work with, on what I believe was a tough and somewhat complicated project.We put our trust in them and were not disappointed. I would highly recommend them to others and have already done so with friends.
This company went above and beyond all my expectations! My insurance company denied my claim at first, but these professionals fought for me for over 2 months and my insurance paid for my new roof and then some! They did a great job and their goal is to put as many team members on the job in order to get it done in one day! They met their goal and did a beautiful job! A good experience from start to finish!Our first contact with Perfect Exteriors was early Summer when we had a small leak around a roof vent we needed fixed. We called multiple roofing companies and didn’t even recieve a call back from many. Perfect Exteriors not only returned our call but asked questions to assess priority (Recent storms and heavy rain had caused major damage to some areas, thankfully we did not have trees down or active leaking. We appreciated that those with emergent needs were being thought of and that this was communicated and explained to those of us that were in better shape) and had someone out to repair the issue within days. From a previous inspection we knew we would be looking at replacing the entire roof within a few years so during the repair visit we asked about the general condition of our roof. The information shared matched what we had already known, this honest recommendation scored another point for Perfect Exteriors.Fast forward to the Fall when we though about fast tracking our plans for replacement and decided to get a bid, Perfect Exteriors was our obvious first choice to call. Josh was great to work with from start to finish! We appreciated having one contact person for the project and that communication was consistent throughout the process.The bid/estimate was fair and clear to understand. A bonus for me was that it included 3D images of our home where I could try out different colors of shingles, both with our current siding color and future siding wants. The installation crew was wonderful; they were friendly, worked efficiently, and left our yard in great shape. Josh came out to check the work and wanted one area of drip edge changed, this was completed the very next day, Perfect Exteriors is serious about quality and it shows.

From start to finish our roof replacement was a great experience. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, honest and knowledgeable, which was a huge help in this unfamiliar situation. They had an emergency crew out shortly after the storm to tarp our roof to prevent further damage, and from there they helped us keep the process moving forward efficiently in all areas – insurance, picking out materials, scheduling. The actual replacement was seamless, and we are extremely happy with the results. I would recommend Perfect Exteriors of Minnesota in a heartbeat!
We had a hard time with a previous contractor getting our roof approved through insurance. Tyler and Garrett came out and we got approved instantly. We were so impressed with how well they worked with insurance and how easy the process was. Wish we would have gone with them sooner, thankfully we know better. Highly suggest.

Perfect Exterior was our choice to replace the roof on our church. We interviewed several companies and found Tyler to be informative, sincere and made the insurance process seamless. Tyler answered all our questions. He had a representative from GAF meet with us to discuss shingles and helped everyone understand the process clearly. The work was completed as promised and the roof looks great! Zero issues with clean up and the company did some work for us that was over and above what the coverage paid for. They handled all the insurance claim, communicated clearly and performed the work flawlessly.

Ended up roofing my house and separate garage 08.14.24. Crew started at 7:15 am, finished by 3:30 pm. No refuse left behind. PE: highly recommended!
Perfect Exteriors did a masterful job with our roofing and siding project. From the start working with Knute, the production scheduling with Paul and with the excellent team (Bernardo, Angel, Pablo, Geronimo and Eduardo) that did the work on our home it has been a pleasure. The team working on our home responded to every concern no matter how small or insignificant. They were concerned about getting it “perfect”. They kept the job site clean at the end of every day and were respectful in every way with our home and with us. Truly a great experience. We love the look of our LP siding and trim! We recommend this team highly!

Perfect Exteriors is fantastic! They have reasonable turn times, are very responsive to questions/issues/concerns, and quality of work exceeded our expectations – we’re in love with our siding 2 years after the work has been done and we’ve hired them again to replace our roof/fascia/soffit.
Dealing with my insurance company to get full coverage for a Hail storm was very challenging. Tyler from the company helped deal with insurance and made sure to get the roof done the way I wanted.
We interviewed 3 different GC companies for our work and Josh at Perfect stuck out above all the others. We are super satisfied with the work that was done and the customer service through the project.We wanted to have our whole project done before a graduation party and they met the tight deadline with time to spare.Roof: dumpster here exactly when scheduled the day of the roofing. The team came and went and did a great job. We actually called Josh on this team though, as we the placement of the drip edge was not correct. Josh called the crew back, they fixed it all that same day. They cleaned up well after themselves. The dumpster was gone the next morning.Siding: Dumpster dropped off the day the crew came in. This crew was AMAZING! Beautiful work with wonderful care and finishing touches. They cleaned up super good after themselves and it looks sooo good! The dumpster was gone the next morning.Overall, we are extremely satisfied.Josh didn’t try to oversell us, had good follow through throughout. He came and did a final inspection and still found things he is going to have fixed.Thanks Josh & Perfect Exteriors!
